The PhotoReAct final symposium, held in Amsterdam, marked the conclusion of the UvA-led Marie Skłodowska-Curie Innovative Training Network. Over the past four years, 15 PhD researchers collaborated to enhance the applicability and scalability of photochemical transformations. The event brought together around 100 participants who explored breakthroughs in photocatalysis, reactor technology, and industrial applications. Pauline Tenblad and Jasper Schuurmans of HIMS were awarded prizes for best lecture and best poster. Led by Prof. Timothy Noël, PhotoReAct fostered scientific innovation, industry collaboration, and new research opportunities.
